Work yourself away, don’t waste away

Work yourself away, don’t waste away

Fatigue

“It’s better to burnout than to rust.”
You’re sitting there hard enough at work to the point where you can’t get any further. You feel as if your body has gone through a marathon: mental, physical, psychological, even social. However, the finish line is still not yet visible. You’re burnt out, you’re simply exhausted. Perhaps you have collapsed and you can’t go any farther. Before you decide to call it quits know this: It’s better to work yourself to the point you can’t do anymore than to lay around and waste. Nevertheless, this isn’t where you give up. This is a time to work that stamina, to better who you are, and grow. Once your day’s work is done, then you can burn out.
